Kevin Wayne Durant ,born on September 29, 1988 in Washington, D.C.,is an American professional basketball player for the Oklahoma City Thunder of the NBA. A 6'9" ***all forward who is also capable of playing power forward, Durant was the consensus 2007 National College Player of the Year, in addition to being selected as the 2006�C2007 Big 12 Player of the Year, amongst other awards.
